Tooele, UT—(8 February 2010) – Next month’s double-header Ford Racing Mustang Challenge season-opening Grand Prix of Miami race weekend at Homestead Miami Speedway will feature a new twist—or more accurately, a new corner—as Series officials have announced that the field will take to the high banks and utilize the configuration on the 2.3-mile oval-based circuit that features the variable banking on the “NASCAR 3 and 4” corners.

Scottsdale, AZ—23 January 2010—  There was hardly a dry eye in the house as the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge FR500S went across the stage and was sold for an astounding $275,000 at the Scottsdale Barrett-Jackson auction.

One might suspect that the price was the source of all the eye-watering, but that was not the case as the reason for the emotion was clear as scores of young children, along with their families and a rousing contingent of Mustang Challenge racers and staff, were up on stage with the SPX-donated FR500S as the entire amount will be donated to St. Jude.
